Provide Engineering and Management consulting services to government agencies and companies engaged in large scale acquisistion programs. Provided Engineering and Management support to the V-22 and Small Tactical UAS program offices, Naval Air Systems Command. Provided workforce training to Navy systems commands in the areas of management, systems engineering and test and evaluation. Qualified Small UAS operator.

Commanding Officer of US Navy Rotary Wing Aircraft Test Squadron, HX-21. Responsible for developmental test and evaluation of Navy and Marine helicopter, tilt-rotor and unmannned aerial systems. Squadron made up of approximately 400 active duty Navy and Marine, governement service and contractor personnel.

Second in command of squadron. Provide oversight of planning and execution flgiht test projects on USN/USMC helicopter, tilt-rotor and unmanned systems.

Responsible to manage production budgets and schedules for H-1 Upgrades Program. Execute multiple contracts, manage delivery of aircraft to users, manage suppliers of government furnished equipment to manufacturer.

Provide oversight to Commander Naval Air Systems Command of flgith test progress on major (ACAT I) acquisition programs.

Responsible for managing engineering support of the H-1 Upgrades program. Required to manage engineering budget and advise Program Manager on technical decisions balancing performance, cost and schedule impacts.

Responsible for acquisition programs for USN/USMC aviation flight eauipment, specifically night vision systems and helmet mounted displays.

Responsible to plan and execute flight test projects in USMC helicopters. Lead teams of active duty and civilian aircrew, engineers and technicians. Qualified in AH-1W, UH-1N and TH-57.
