Director, Business Development, Combat Support Systems, primarily responsible for identifying Capability Gaps within the US Department of Defense (DoD) and other US Government Agencies and securing technology solutions in order to satisfy the identified gaps. These technologies include: Remote Weapon Stations, Underwater Navigation, Communications, and Sonar Technologies, Water Generation and Purification Systems, Communication Shelters, and Power Generation Systems and Environmental Control Units. Additionally responsible for developing Annual Business Plans for several client companies. Charged with the responsibility of developing responses to Requests for Proposals, Requests for Information, and Broad Agency Announcements. Finally, assisted colleagues in the understanding and application of the DoD Acquisition Process and the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.

Responsibilities include identification, pursuit and capture of multi service requirements for Hydra 70 Rockets and Shoulder Launched Weapon Systems. Maintaining relationships with the customer community and industry partners. Monitoring and assessing the competitive environment on a continual basis and providing insights to GDATP senior leadership and industry partners. Developing orders forecast and market analysis in conjunction with the Weapon Systems Strategic Business Unit. Additionally responsible for securing and managing in excess of $2.0M in Bid and Proposal (B&P) and Internal Research and Development (IR&D) Funding for the Strategic Business Unit. Program Manager supporting the Aviation Rockets and Missiles (ARM) PM through the Program Executive Officer Tactical Missiles providing technical analysis, systems integration and programmatic support as required assisting the PM in achieving program objectives. Support to the Aviation Rockets and Missiles (ARM) Project Office includes providing technical expertise in rocket and missile systems, specifically HYDRA 70, HELLFIRE, and the Advanced Precision Kill Weapon System (APKWS); launch platforms; system acquisition; program management; training and fielding; force integration and management; foreign military sales (FMS) and Department of the Army programming and budgeting processes. This effort specifically includes interfacing with the ARM user community to include HQDA, United States Army Aviation Center and School, Aircraft Program Managers, Army Field Commanders and Aviation Units, the United States Air Force, and the United States Navy. This effort includes preparation and presentation of briefings to the user community and the services senior leadership. System Studies and Simulation Inc.Huntsville, ALSenior Analyst supporting the Aircraft Electronic Systems (AES) PM through the Program Executive Officer Aviation providing technical analysis, systems integration and programmatic support as required to assist the PM in achieving program objectives. Participated in functional and engineering analysis leading to systems integration design for the integration of the Suite of Integrated Radio Frequency Countermeasures (SIRFC) onto United States Army aircraft. Specifically responsible for the integration of SIRFC onto MH-47E and MH-60K Special Operations Aircraft. Coordinate with TAPO, AMCOM Engineering, CECOM and aircraft contractors to develop technical and programmatic issues necessary for A-Kit development for advanced ASE on MH-47E and MH-60K. Served as a member of the SIRFC/ MH-47E Integrated Product Team.
