I am Plant Manager of USDA , FDA , Arizona Dept. of Agriculture , Environmental Health inspected food processing plant. HACCP in place.In short I am directly responsible for production of cold composed salads made for and delivered to all Safeway's, Albertsons , Bashas grocery stores state of Arizona. These items are sold from the Deli Dept. of the grocery store( Chicken salad , Potato salads , Pasta salads etc... along with specialty salsas , guacamole , dips for chips and vegetables) We produce 70 + food items for the grocery industry and independently owned restaurants total.
