I am currently scheduling our precision saws, and still supervise over the area. I am very fluent in the area and enjoy making the area feel that way. I also schedule our 300 ton punch press which is a very big contributor to our business. There are always obstacles in this department and I enjoy working with our team to make our operations run as smooth as possible every single day.

As a Production Supervisor in our Extrusion department, I mainly deal with the production of precision saws, making sure that our profiles are cut to length correctly and efficiently to make a good transition to our fabrication department. I was highly involved with production coming off of the extrusion press, but was focusing on all areas of production in our shop. I have a great deal of knowledge to the flow of our thousands of part numbers.

As a Quality Technician I was highly involved with training the employees on the floor. I was in charge of training new employees as well as assisting developed employees with new tasks at hand. Our team worked together to disposition all product that needed the quality departments attention. I would assist in helping find ways to not only manage our quality issues, but find a root cause and solution to the problem.

As a Machine Operator I would run a CNC, Precision Saw, Punch Press or any other various machines we had in the shop. I was also very dedicated to working in our extrusion department daily as overtime was needed for various positions. I was a team leader in the Precision Saws when I decided to take a step into the role of a quality technician.
