Under Ohio’s funding system, based 100% off student performance, state subsidy increased 27% from FY 2015 to 24 compared to a 16% two-year sector total. Several early momentum metrics for entering fall cohorts have increased since the pandemic. Minority enrollment and success factors have increased, including 12% headcount rise from AY 22 to 23. Authored and coauthored grants obtaining nearly $6 million, including one of the largest state awards ($1.8 million in 2021) for Ohio’s STEM scholarship. Helped devise and oversee one of Ohio’s first “Promise” scholarship programs that has awarded 900 students nearly $4 million since 2016 and resulted in 477 degrees and major certificates.
