Over the past ten years, he has concentrated on offering consulting services to Government clients in the portfolio areas of Defence, Health, Human Services and Revenue.Tom specialises in delivering Management Consulting services, including Strategic Cost Management, Business Case Development with a focus on benefits realisation, Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and Program Office Management.
