Over the past ten years, he has concentrated on offering consulting services to Government clients in the portfolio areas of Defence, Health, Human Services and Revenue.Tom specialises in delivering Management Consulting services, including Strategic Cost Management, Business Case Development with a focus on benefits realisation, Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and Program Office Management. Tom has detailed experience in the design of financial and case management systems and business processes associated with Health care delivery and has spent five years specialising in the design, delivery and strategic operation of Health care. Tom has developed solutions to improve the funding and costing of health. He has worked across all aspects of the health care spectrum, from primary to tertiary care providers and suppliers to the industry.Tom is a long term resident of Canberra but has also lived and worked in the United States of America, Malaysia, New Zealand and South Africa.
