My role is to promote GSA brand awareness globally, and expand the GSA-UK's presence in the UK, Europe and beyond to the benefit of its members and the wider sourcing community.

Responsible for the development, creation and delivery of the Marketing strategy for Capita's Insurance & Benefits Services division, including co-ordination with other divisional Marketing leads and the Capita Group, I lead the marketing team to ensure planning, delivery and evaluation of marketing programmes across the division. I also provide marketing advice and consultancy to executive stakeholders and business development leads to define target markets, agree priorities and shape core messages which support the delivery of our business development objectives. I ensure marketing communications are delivered through the appropriate mix of channels and messages, driving best practice and consistency in our approach. Another key activity is building research capability to support thought leadership activity, working closely with Capita and client press teams as well as external press agencies to ensure media activity and coverage is appropriately controlled and aligned.I am a Fellow of the National Outsourcing Association and sit on their Member Council.

Creating an engaging narrative for an internal audience of 12,500+ employees across the UK, Europe, India & the Middle East, I report to the Communications Director within this growing professional services company.My principle role is to lead my team in co-ordinating communications throughout the organisation, with specific accountability for our operations in London, Manchester, Glasgow, Stirling, Belfast, Dublin, the Channel Islands and Dubai. I also manage internal and external communications for new contracts, from announcement through to transition and integration. I have designed creative communications for major change and Transformation programmes for key client accounts and provide ongoing strategic communications consultancy for the Managing Directors of these areas.
