Providing Infor ERP LN related consultancy services to customers of Merino and Infor on customer locations. Consultancy includes design and improvements of processes, mapping to systems functions, configuration of systems, advising on data migration, training of key and end users and providing support to key and end users who are using the processes and systems. Providing help to Customers by configuring and training them to use AutomotiveExchange (EDI).

I was part of a team carrying out a Business Transformation Project to help the group make better use of their ERP solution. The main objective of the project was to aid the businesses by giving them better visibility on how the performing. I helped identify what the ‘as-is’ Business Processes are and coming up with simpler ‘to-be’ processes to make the business leaner. The processes are highlighted in Infor LN 10.6, with a lot of testing carried out, before the group agreed that this was the best way of working. I was involved in setting up how Liberty Engineering’s enterprise structure should be and how they will integrate going forward. One of my responsibilities were to keep our system up to date to the latest software patching as well as carrying out tasks for the project. Furthermore, I also helped out the Support Team with any queries they escalate to me if they are unable to resolve them.
