Global Customer Success Manager
CurrentHelping build and maintain strong relationships with Krux's clients while understanding their challenges, needs, and goals and working together to ensure their satisfaction. Manage day-to-day operations of the success, implementation, and reporting team on a global scale. Lead sales and technical training demos to international mining and drilling clients.•Facilitate global onboarding, implementation, and continuing customer training of Krux Analytics to mining and hard rock drilling companies with both virtual and in person training sessions.•Gather feedback from clients to advocate for new system features and enhancements.•Onboard and manage Success teams in Calgary, Perth, and Johannesburg.•Collaborate with Krux's sales, marketing, and product development teams to help create an awesome experience for our clients.
