Also refereed at Society level in England and head of referees for Gibraltar Rugby. Much of the off season is focused on officiating 7s, predominantly as referee manager and coach. My work with 7sReferee has meant I have been involved with the running of various rugby tournaments from a scheduling and team liaison perspective. This has put a strong reliance on organisation skills to ensure that everything was well times and ran smoothly, liaising with teams to ensure that they had the correct information and dealing with any issues they may have. It has also meant that I have to be adaptable, changing schedules and event plans when teams drop out or new teams are added last minute.I am always open to new opportunities within rugby in active and administrative roles.
