I am Tom Reader, and at Alver Valley Software Limited I offer consulting and contracting in the fields of Computer Vision, Machine Learning and non-hype AI.I have a backround of working with a large number of clients, on diverse projects in sectors including aerospace, agri-industry, industry safety, fashion and medicine.What Can I Do For You?Working as part of your team or completely independently, I can help you develop solutions on platforms from cloud-based servers, to embedded and ‘edge’ devices.I use software tools such as OpenCV, PyTorch and YOLO to create the working solutions my clients need. I also have a lot of recent experience on the Jetson Nano, NX and Orin product ranges, and the jetson-inference suite of tools on those platforms. I am experienced in creating image classifiers and object detectors using frameworks such as MobileNet-SSD, ResNet and Yolo, including YoloV7.I code in C++ and Python, and write software for a variety of platforms. As well as the core skills outlined above, I can help integrate with other parts of your infrastructure, for example by building components for web applications, smartphone apps, or fully standalone applications.
