Working on Organisational Design within the Business Readiness stream of SSE’s NewCo Transformation Programme (Digital Transformation programme of over £200 million). I am part of a team designing the future Customer Service and Sale organisation for 4000 people working on 5 sites throughout the UK. The new organisation will support both new technology and processes. I am supporting the development of a talent programme for Customer service and sales' 4000 people.Building on my previous education and training experience of over 10 years I have delivered Training programmes across the entire Training Life Cycle including Strategy, Needs Analysis, Design, Development, Deployment and evaluation. I successfully led the training of Oracle eBusiness Suite and Oracle Siebel to over 1800 end users managing a team to deliver training across SSE covering multiple locations. Most recently I have delivered training for Oracle WebCentre Sites, Oracle RightNow and redesign of the sse.co.uk website to over 4000 people.This is underpinned by strong project management, planning and change management skill set to support the business through change. I also have a strong focus on using technology to deliver engaging blended learning to end users whilst delivering cost effectiveness.
