Beginning in 2018 I moved to a role in sales and achieved consistent exponential sales growth year over landing multiple national accounts converting them to our regional service, and collaborated with our Sales Team to develop and engage marketing strategies.

From 2015 to 2017 I served a critical role on the executive staff, first learning the details of the HVAC trade. The first 18 months, I assisted managing our 24/7 emergency service call center and scheduled and directed 10 HVAC Technicians-servicing all of Southern California; additionally I managed the Cal/OSHA safety program including truck maintenance and repairs.
