I am a senior executive leader in the private, public and not for profit sectors. I have been leading program delivery both in Australia and internationally for the past 25 years and during this time have gained extensive experience in health and social services. I have successfully led large multicultural teams in challenging and changing environments to achieve their goals including managing Médecins sans Frontières humanitarian operations across a portfolio of ten countries and the contact tracing operations of the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services during the COVID pandemic. I have extensive leadership experience in government, hospitals, community and mental health services, emergency and public health operations. My experience ranges across practice and functional areas including policy, strategy, performance improvement and service delivery. I have worked in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Pacific at the nexus of health, emergency and development including providing policy research on access for people with disabilities in the Pacific, ambulance ramping in Australia and labour productivity in the caring sector. Currently I provide strategic advice, operational improvement and project management to CEOs, Boards and governments.
