As a 17-year project management professional in the United States Army, I currently serve as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, overseeing the training and management of 4400 Soldiers, including the training management of medical credentialing. In my previous role as a Platoon Sergeant, I was responsible for leading a team of soldiers and managing day-to-day operations, including mission planning and execution, training and professional development, and equipment maintenance.As Senior Medical Trainer, I am responsible for managing the strength of all medical career soldiers, as well as planning, logistics, and training for all medical personnel in my brigade. This includes developing and implementing training programs, overseeing the maintenance and accountability of medical equipment and supplies, and coordinating with external organizations to ensure that medical standards are met.Throughout my career, I have developed strong skills in medical training planning, credentialing, and logistics, and I am currently responsible for managing the training and professional development of 210 medical personnel within the Brigade. My background as a leader in the military has given me experience in managing teams and overseeing complex projects, while also developing strong communication and problem-solving skills.In addition to my military experience, I am also a Masters of Business Administration graduate, having earned my degree in 2022. My educational background has given me a broad perspective on business and management, and I am excited to apply these skills to new challenges and opportunities in the future.I am passionate about supporting and mentoring others and am committed to professional development and growth.
