Rapidly scaling production process with one episode broadcast to local radio stations and a final four-episode project connecting academics, artists, musicians, and journalists on the topic of cancel culture.• Driven by myself, this podcast was an early signatory of the Equality in Audio Pact and is committed to creating a more diverse and equal audio industry.

• Managing a team of 13 to plan and execute pop-up radio station during the COVID-19 lockdown. Worked within production team of 3 to make key decisions about the direction of station.
