Senior Technology And Systems Consultant
Current-Manage all client IT networks simultaneously including security, user support, and infrastructure-Manage a team of 4 mid-level and associate technology and systems consultants across all clients-Work with client finance departments to implement and adhere to technology budget while maintaining best practices-Customize short and long term infrastructure plans, and manage implementation of said plans-Migration and management of clients’ cloud environments such as Office 365, AWS, and Azure-Virtualize and manage client servers using VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V-Perform regular equipment upgrades and oversee equipment life cycles -Manage and run test/DR restores with a variety of backup solutions (Veeam, Azure, AWS, Datto)-Employ vulnerability scanning to uncover and remediate security flaws in client internal and external networks-Coordinate and run weekend DR tests of all client systems and procedures to confirm they work as intended-Deploy and manage all networking equipment required by client (firewalls, switches, AP's)-Maintain technology vendor relationships for clients-Exhibit excellent communication skills which assist in explaining advanced technologies to non-technical clients-Build strong interpersonal relationships with client contacts and employees
