Dan McKinney had recently purchased the store when I was recruited to be the Sales Manager at Nissan of Brandon. The store was struggling to hold it’s position as an average performing store. During this time I was conducting 20 to 35 TO’s a day. This challenge honed my closing abilities and helped me to identify the gaps in the sales process. With Dan’s guidance we were able to take an average Nissan store to the Number one performing Nissan store in country for 3 years.
