I am a highly experience Aerial Surveyor currently leading and managing a team of assistant surveyors to deliver Lidar, Photography and Hyper-spectral data from an Aerial platform. I have extensive experience in fitting instrumentation to aircraft, planning and conducting surveys, and ultimately delivering high quality data. Successful project management and data delivery is key to my current role along with ensuring well planned operational logistics are in place to cover all our survey requirements.Coaching, mentoring and training are key to my current role allowing my team to perform to a high standard and successfully deliver data for projects. I am also part of the Environment Agency's Incident Response team providing rapid planning and data collection in times of flood 24 hours a day 365 days a year.During my time as a surveyor I have also had the opportunity to gain experience in Bathy Survey and Terrestrial survey techniques that compliment Aerial based remote sensing.
