Facilities Engineering  Supervise engineering team for facilities setup & management. (Electrical/ ventilations/ HVAC/ Sprinkler/ Compress air/ Water & Waste), Organize leasehold project & renovations; Manage subcontractor, budgets & project progress; Plan the transit schedule and contingency Lead factory space planning and layouts design, coordinate workshop & warehouse transformations to reduce WIP & smoothen material flow Champion Energy Treasure Hunt (ETH) kaizen, monitor utilities performance by EPI audit, introduce new-technology for cost reduction.Equipage Engineering  Operate in-house mechanical workshop, support Jig & fixture fabrication; Develop customized equipment & automation systems  Lead engineers for Automation Innovation; design and Justify project feasibility by mechanism & schematics review / Cost & benefits analysis  Supervise engineering team for Equipage MS & TPM (PIM/ Tampo/ SMT/ COB/ WS / Clamshell); Technically support assembly line operation (Workstation design/ EHS & GMP fulfilment/ J&F development/ line changeover/ maintenance / tools & equip. management)  Manage equipage utilization and efficiency (OEE); Plan capacity expansion base on current loading, throughput & production bottleneck.

 Establish and supervise the Industrial Engineering department; train new staffs for implementing IE concepts such as Time study, Line balance, Lean Manufacturing and Process standardization. Aim to save cost and eliminate waste for company. Implement Performance Analysis and Control Scheme (PAC). Investigate resource utilization rates for labour, raw materials and facilities. Calculate defect rates and idle waste. Compare production cost against productivity, identify in-efficient components and provide counter solutions. Optimize the production schedule and labour arrangement. Lead IE department to perform task analysis for entire operation regularly, benchmark production capacity of lines, Design jig and fixture to simplify task, simplify handling methods for optimal cycle times. Also organize a trainer/examiner team to conduct process standardization and monitoring. Implement automation systems to replace labours and standardize process. Drive ERP & database development, setup internet mail server and develop Bar-code system, promote office automation. Lead the new plant construction project in DongGuan, monitor construction schedule and budget. Plan and improve the layout of new premises, define E&M Hardware specification to create a user-friendly and safe working environment.  Supervise the E&M team, responsible of machine maintenance, service and modification. Initialize TPM Implementation, conduct technical analysis of machine performance and stability, solve root-problems and inefficiency issues, planned regular inspection and services.
