Our environment is always changing. The need for adaptation is ever-present. Improving things is what I do. From teams, to concepts, to day-to-day operations - I find the areas that need polished and enhanced to piece together strategies, policies, and procedures to make them better and adaptable to change. I believe it is important to lead team members to be the best they can be and help develop them into future leaders when applicable. Personal and professional relationships are critical to the development process, and I am passionate about nurturing and growing those relationships. I have found the best way to accomplish this is by utilizing tools to help understand an individual and help them overcome weaknesses and capitalize on their strengths. Processes are never perfect. Data mining and analyzation are vital in improving and refining processes. With the right tools and data, every process, procedure, or operation can be honed and sharpened to be more effective and efficient. Being aware and grasping new technology that might benefit a process or team and utilizing the most up to date and proficient means of addressing and adapting to the changing environment we find ourselves in is the DNA of my leadership style.
