Project initiated £1.2 million cost savings.The Infrastructure Project Manager role includes the following:>Planning projects using Microsoft Project/PowerPoint/Excel and presenting the information to stakeholders to complete the project approval process.>Working through the project tasks with the project team. Weekly meetings with the project team to discuss update/drive deliverables/update risks and issues.>Keep updating a RAID log detailing the tasks that could impact the project or the company.>Regularly update stakeholders with timely and key updates about the project.>Manage project finance. Raise purchase orders, pay invoices and track transactions.>Manage project resources.
