I was asked to lead the consolidation of the Facilities departments from three divisions. Using the principles I developed at Electronic Systems, the transition resulted in 17% increase in cost effectiveness for the new organization. Responsibilities included 5 management teams of Engineering, Construction and Maintenance Engineering. In all 37 engineers and professionals managing $40M in operations, $4M capital, over 3 Mil total SqFt, 5 Main Frame Computer Centers, 60k SqFt Shielded Vaults, over 400 CNC production machines.
