Legal secondee to GE Capital UK's Legal team. I work principally with GE Capital UK's Commercial Distribution Finance (CDF) and Corporate Structured Finance (CSF) teams on both new business and the existing portfolio.My CDF work involves working on template and transaction documentation for CDF's factoring and conditional sale floorplanning products as well providing ongoing legal advice as required by the business. The CSF work involves large scale structured ABL facilities, often in connection with an acquisition or private equity investment. I am also involved in the ongoing legal validation of existing finance offerings.
