Establish, retain, and deepen relationships with banking center customers and potential customers to achieve sales goals and provide quality customer service. Open deposit accounts, take loan applications, respond to customer inquires, resolve issues, recognize and refer cross-sell opportunities. Support other sales associates as needed.

Assists the Banking Center Manager in leading the sales and service process by acting as the "second in command" in their assigned banking center. Spend 50% or more time on the sales floor at banking centers greeting customers, directing them to the appropriate areas of the center, and ensuring that the customers' needs are met, while observing their team.

Assist and back up Banking Center Service Manager to ensure that the teller line is operating efficiently and effectively. Schedule and coach tellers and teller coordinator to ensure high quality customer service. Operate a teller window as needed. Act as an ambassador of the bank - smile and greet customers, and provide basic teller services. Build.
