-Work with Senior Management Team and Site Leadership(s) to create a positive H&S culture across the organisation to deliver growth objectives through effective HSE Management Systems. -To take responsibility for the maintenance and administration of the Managements Systems ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.-To fulfil the role of Lead Safety and Environment Management System Representative for the UK facilities.-To take the HSE coordinating and supportive role across the UK facilities-To champion the safety culture and lead associated changes across the UK organisation.-To implement and maintain externally provided HSE training to support e-learning modules-To monitor current standards and modify existing documentation to support changes to those standards specifically:-To maintain accreditation with ISO14001 and ISO45001.-To monitor current standards and modify existing documentation to support changes to those standards.-Day to day management of the H&S portal and ensuring the information is kept up to date-To continually review the processes at Malvern Panalytical and its subsidiaries and provide new, or amend existing, documentation to support those processes.-To manage the surveillance and recertification audit schedules for all ISO certifications at the UK facilities.-To prepare for and supply HSE information UK Management Review meetings and attend such meetings -To work with others to respond to regulatory and customer questionnaires from both current and prospective global customers. -To be a proactive member of the Global Health & Safety Team and deliver on assigned continuous improvement activities-To Chair the UK Health & Safety Committee and provide guidance as required to the Global H&S Director

-Management of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and Rolls-Royce GS3001 management systems and other supplier accreditations.-Conducts risk assessments across all sites of the business covering multiple manufacturing methods and office tasks also including fire risk assessments.-Co-ordinate and develop the companies QHSE, social and governance policies, to meet international customer requirements.-Developed and implemented an app-based system for managing the groups safety, fire, waste management and other regulatory checks.-Chair regular meetings with various departments at different levels of the business to discuss Health & Safety requirements and employee welfare alongside the HR department. Whilst also using the opportunity to progress various projects across group.-Implemented an online training platform to allow all employees to engage and take on a variety of mandatory training courses as well as facilitate additional learning on request.-Provides a monthly newsletter for employees specifically for Health & Safety topics and wellbeing information to engage employees more effectively with Health & Safety.-Responsible for product internal and external NCR investigation and resolution.-Maintain internal audit systems for multiple sites across the UK.-Conduct supplier surveillance visits on 1st and sub-tier suppliers.-Mentor internal and external stakeholders on best practices and company expectations.

-Maintain all aspects of the quality and health & safety management systems. -Upholds the company’s accreditation of UKAS ISO 9001:2015.-Author, control and disperse policy level documentation in areas of HSE and quality assurance.-Maintains metrology equipment and ensures equipment is calibrated to the correct standard.-Manages 1st, 2nd and 3rd party audits and conducts monthly risk assessments. -Supervise regulatory compliance activities to ensure adherence to international standards and specific -Automotive, Aerospace, Oil & Gas and Nuclear industry standards.-Collaborate with department managers to resolve non-conformities; maintaining a 100% rate of achieving conclusion targets.-Coordinate material testing with external inspection bodies. -Experience interpreting technical drawings. -Negotiate and organise subcontracted services including machining, packaging and international export. -Act as the point of contact for IT issues for 48 employees.-Lead on all IT related projects, including the current implementation of a new ERP system.-Lead the logistical export of materials for bespoke and complex projects.-Previously managed day-to-day operations of company fleet in a manner consistent with business cost objectives.-Solid understanding of Microsoft programmes.

Providing up to date news on fixtures and events taking place at the Club.-I have been working with Worcester Rugby Club to develop and publish The Peardrop. It is a magazine advertising members companies for FREE in order to help support and promote our local business's as well as showcasing our club.
