I have been serving as Engineering Manager for pattern and mold tooling for 10 years. Duties include making certain that jobs are being engineered per customer specifications and they are modeled per Zeman Tools quality standards. I have been using Unigraphics for 3d modeling for the past 20 years. I have a great understanding of the software and am able to trouble shoot issues that arise among our designers regarding software problems. I have developed close working relationships with our customers. Whether using customers designs or a design from scratch, I see them through completion and make sure they are manufactureable in our CNC department. I have also served as Zeman Tools computer and network IT professional.

Served as a Journeyman Wood Patternmaker and lead man and moved into cad modeling using Surfcam and eventually Unigraphics. Modeled tooling from automotive to the defense industry including coreboxes, permanent molds and sand tooling. Aided customers in trouble shooting casting issues and resolving their problems and concerns.
