Sport at Trinity encourages the development of teamwork, leadership, resilience, commitment, sportsmanship and camaraderie and following 6 seasons of Cricket at Trinity Grammar was invited to Coach the Year 9 Cricket team. This entailed leading training sessions twice a week, my focus was on fast bowling skill development.RESPONSIBILITIES Trained 14/15-year-old children in a variety of cricket-based activities to improve their development within the game with a focus on strengthen their fast bowling skills. Ability to implement effective, research driven coaching strategies, working with Individuals and groups, allowing a tailored focus on specific needs. Communicate knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of cricket. Provide appropriate instruction and feedback for students’ age and ability. Liaised with the Teacher's in Charge on the focused activities and drills to run. Supervise and monitor the students, identifying opportunities to improve and creating a team spirit. Ability to ensure the wellbeing and safety of students

Ready Steady Go Kids is a leading multi-sport program for children aged 1.5-6 years. A physio-designed program teaches children the fundamentals of 10 different sports and develops essential motor skills in a fun, non-competitive team based environment.RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitated a Multi-Sport Program for children from Toddler to School Age, from 1½ to 6 years of age in the Eastern Suburbs. 10 sports are covered over 2 terms providing a multi-sport and exercise program aimed at creating a passion for physical activity and sport, decrease childhood obesity, increase confidence and prepare children for participation in school and the broader community.  Organised a lesson plan to conduct 4+ weekly sessions and managed the efficient running of the sessions, with 10-14 children, at times managing disruptive young children and promoting harmony. Promoted after 3 months to undertake more senior responsibilities including opening/closing stadiums/venues, training new staff members, arrange the Class set up and general administration to ensure the business was successful. Customer service orientation to the Parent Group, assisting with all requests and creating a welcoming and seamless experience. Promotion of upcoming events to the Parent Group to encourage further participation and sign up to additional sports events to help the Director to grow the business.
