I joined Etico Group as a Sales Advisor during the height of the PPI Claims period, liaising with customers, managing systems, calculating Tax Refunds, dissecting DSAR paperwork and more. This was heavily target driven, teamwork orientated, and a commissioned environment. I thrived in this space and it enhanced my business knowledge, administration skills and provided me with the stepping stone into my next role.
