I wrote Ingeus’ successful bids to become a founding UK B Corp member (balancing purpose with profit) and a Disability Confident Leader.

The Centre for Social Justice (CSJ) is a non-partisan social policy think-tank in Westminster, established to put social justice at the heart of British politics. I led the CSJ’s policy research programme on welfare reform and child poverty, managing a team of researchers and authoring several high profile reports, influencing both main parties’ election manifestos. I acted as Secretariat to the CSJ’s flagship welfare reform policy group, chaired by Baroness Stedman-Scott OBE. I was invited to sit on DWP’s child poverty metrics steering group and became an expert member of the Joseph Rowntree Foundation’s Poverty Advisory Panel. I worked closely with Ministers, senior officials, SpAds, policy experts and the media.
