The complexity of the sale of a practice typically involves multiple specialties like financial planning, estate and tax planning, private equity and joint venture analysis along with real estate sale or lease negotiations. At the Ackerman Group, we offer a holistic approach in all aspects of corporate veterinary transitions. We shepherd the process of taking multiple practices to the corporate market as a group to obtain a volume premium that results in better price and terms.

Managing Partner / Leadership of a private corporation engaged in the construction of custom homes and boat docks located in southwest Virginia. We have completed three homes, 27 boat docks and installed the structural framing for an additional 40 docks, growing annual sales to over $1MM.
