As a senior living leader with a Master of Arts and a Master Certificate in Hospitality, I have a passion for providing supportive, effective leadership and the best possible hospitality experience to our residents. I have over four years of experience in various roles at The Carrington at Lincolnwood, a large senior community in Illinois.I ascended to the Executive Director position during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 and successfully navigated the challenges of ensuring the safety, health, and well-being of our residents and staff. I also increased the community occupancy from 59% to over 93% in 2022, earning the Best of Independent Living rating from US News and World Report. I have strong skills in system implementations, customer service and relationship management, front line operations, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, data analysis, report generation, and team management and development.I made the decision to step down in May 2023 to focus on family time before exploring new opportunities in the fall. I am looking for a senior leadership role in the senior living or hospitality industry, where I can leverage my expertise, experience, and passion to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors and their families.
