About Tom Willis

Marine Superintendent for Keynvor Morlift in sunny Falmouth, managing the safety, compliance and day to day operation of our ever expanding fleet of vessels, as part of a small but experienced marine team. Previously I have served at sea in the Merchant Navy for 10 years, worked as a skipper of a heavy lift self-manoeuvring barge and owned and operated a marine surveying and consultancy firm. I am enjoying combining all of this previous experience, as well as learning everyday in this challenging but rewarding environment.
