Tradeshow and Event Industry Advertising Company; Responsible for the day to day operations of the company with 65 employees.Sales: Established sales goals by show and service, recruiting, training, Developed aggressive compensation structures, managed sales inventory, developed new product sales opportunities and enhanced sales production through on-going training programs.Fulfillment: Managed our external staff (both in Birmingham and our Las Vegas office) which traveled to each event (flights, hotels, truck rental, union requirements and equipment set-up), training of onsite staff and handling customer service, developed customer reporting and systems of communications between sales staff and onsite staff and consistently evaluating cost savings opportunities. Started an in-house graphic and printing division which lead to new online marketing services. Established a “green initiative” within the company and with vendors in an effort to re-capture as much material for recycling as possible.Show acquisition: Attended as a key company executive sales calls to nurture national clients, industry executives and suppliers. Developed an effective communication structure between show acquisition and sales staff through inventory reporting and weekly strategy meetings. Support: Working with accounting to develop budget reports, cash flow projections and sales forecasting. Managed and trained accounts receivables staff and established this into a customer service opportunity through enhanced training resulting in an over 98% collection rate.Other notables: Began an overseas division in Hong Kong to present our services to the Asian market. Seamlessly moved our warehouse three times and corporate offices twice. Successfully brought in-house three services that were being out sourced at higher cost levels.

Increased revenues from 1 million to over 6 million during which time the company saw record profitability. I was responsible for recruiting, hiring and training executive sales team. Took existing marketing services and created new marketing opportunities. Developed motivating sales compensation structures and bonuses that created multiple six figure sales executives.
