I am a Store Planner currently working for Retail Design Solutions, where I have worked on a wide range of projects. I am a reliable, highly motivated and I work very well in a team. I am always looking to further my knowledge and improve in the workplace by putting myself in different experiences. I have very good communication skills and I can deal with many different types of people and situations. One key skill I have is teamwork. I have demonstrated this many times in my life. The first of these is I was part of my local football team for 11 years until I moved to a new house. During this time, I was very committed and only missed a handful of games and won many trophies. Another time I demonstrated this is at McDonalds I was a shift manger and during a shift I would have to work with multiple small groups to ensure all customers were receiving the correct orders and a good service. The second skill I have is time management. Throughout my studies at sixth form and university I have had to meet many deadlines for work set. This meant I had to plan ahead and organize so I could achieve these deadlines on time. Having this skill has meant that I can plan the most important tasks first and then complete these first. Another skill I have is good communication skills. During my time at McDonalds and Tesco I have had to deal with many different types of people including customers and colleagues. This has meant I have become adaptable so I can communicate effectively with many different people.
