• Reformulation and optimising of existing tinter formulations currently in the market • Work closely with international cross-functional teams in the development of contingency plans for existing tinter formulations• Collaborative team project in developing new formulations for new products for current and emerging markets • Synthesis of tinters on small scale using GLP and conduct analytical characterisation i.e., stability monitoring and rheology studies• Assist Production team with large scale productions on new developments. • Good understanding of SDS, SOPs and COSHH.• Design project plans, timelines, produce reports, and presentation of findings to lead manager and directors• Use MS Excel and PowerPoint to prepare and deliver visually impactful dashboards for data reporting• Lab steward; responsible for chemical stock inventory, management of equipment and preparing safety related quizzes
