In this role, I was responsible for delivering the creative on hundreds of marketing campaigns, all of which had a heavy focus on delivering substantial ROI for its clients. I helped clients such as Citroën, Daikin, and Booking.com effectively communicate with their customers across a range of channels. During this time I've become a strong believer that campaign creative can’t just look great, it needs to be accountable, and work towards larger business goals. Key responsibilities included:• Managing multiple projects from initial conceptualisation through to final delivery• Develop creative design concepts that met business and client objectives• Creative management and art direction across channels including websites, landing pages, digital marketing content, direct mail, corporate presentations, events, and more• Supporting the agency in all HTML queries and ensuring quality-control across all EDM broadcasts• Responsible for the training of interns and new employees
