I have a strong interest in using IT tools to support business objectives. More specifically, I enjoy creating reports and analysing data output to identify problems. I am then able to use the information to proactively seek solutions to enhance compliance, optimise processes and minimise unnecessary spend.My current role in software asset management (SAM) is heavily based around supporting VicGov customers and end users with Microsoft licensing needs.I am enjoying advancing my skillset and business acumen within the increasingly complex SAM landscape.From past studies - completing a Master’s degree in Business IT at RMIT helped me to develop a solid analytical skillset and knowledge of best business management practises. This course complimented my technical skills gained from my Bachelor of Science at UniMelb.I also have past experience in government administration as a service officer. Through this customer-centric work, I gained expertise in clear communication, whilst at the same time navigating complex legislation to make decisions. I was able to investigate problems and find solutions to effectively resolve customer issues/queries.In addition I have management experience within the commercial relocations sector. I am well versed in client communication, identifying stakeholder needs, and providing project support. Within the role I organised and resourced jobs, and led teams to ensure successful completion of works of high standard.
