I support them by challenging their thinking, working through options and decisions, and providing accountability. I understand the complexities and demands inherent in their role and in the businesses they lead. I also support clients with a full range of Advisory Board services, including formation, functioning as an Independent Chair or board member. I also facilitate strategic leadership meetings and retreats. The businesses I serve are privately owned, and range from pre-revenue start-up through $30M. I have extensive experience in B2B services including marketing agencies, commercial information management, information destruction, pharmaceutical support and medical waste. I also work in Higher Education, Not for Profit and Software as a Service. I'm adept at working with companies leveraging a variety of operating systems including but not limited to EOS, Gazelles, OKRs, Great Game of Business and more. During the last 20 years, founded a boutique web marketing agency, WebVitality that provides website development and support services, as well as web marketing services to B2B Service companies. I've written and published an Amazon Bestseller, You Are The Logo. I've produced and hosted three podcasts. I've been a keynote speaker on stages across the world. Prior to the last 20 years, I was involved in a number of business ventures including founding a regional chain of menswear clothing stores, a professional speaking and training business, as well as the Managing Partner of a commercial records storage and management services business. I was also the producer and host of two business television series broadcast in Canada. Most importantly, I'm a husband, Dad and Grandpa. My wife Becky and I live on the Niagara River in Lewiston NY. I love being on the water in my boat, and secretly dream of being a international spy. I'm a stage 3B rectal cancer survivor and am diligent about making my body an inhospitable host to cancer.
