- organize and follow up projects based on existing project management procedures- internal (departments involved) and external (customer) communication- prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information- ensure all project objectives which are clearly documented, approved and delivered to meet customer needs- review of processes and initiate appropriate corrective actions- preparation of quotations and manage engineering changes effectively- manage project risk, develop mitigation plans, and escalate decisions and unresolved issues

- cooperation on specific proposals for customers - technical design, calculations, time schedule- intensive communication with clients at particular projects- coordination of project team members, cooperation with other departments- ad hoc changes implementation in projects and its sharing with all the involved units within company- project status reports preparation on regular basis- project documentation design and completion of supporting files for clients’ and contractors‘ audits- preparation of workflow procedure and instructions for each project- managing of operative sessions and meetings with customers’representatives- ensure the spare parts and all the other materials just-in-time during pre-production phase- responsiblity for elimination of project risks – monitoring of material delivering, human resources, creation and control of time schedule fulfillment

- cooperation on production plan design- tracking of actual production status in electronic system- control execution during production process and its movement to the distribution stock- realization of regular maintenance works and reparation of given technology machines, its control and preparation for smooth operational process, evidence keeping of all activities performed- supporting materials preparation for orders of spare parts and technical materials that are needed for operation process and maintenance- preparation of daily reports regarding the operational process and production volume
