As a Central Operations Manager at Language Stars I served as a coordinator to support managers in 7 locations as well as managers and directors in the local office. I lead regional marketing initiatives, working with a team to develop strategy, messaging and design concepts for various advertising outlets. I managed relationships with vendors and advertising outlets. I created and implemented tools and strategies to create efficiencies at various levels of the company including HR, Finance, Education and Operations. I worked closely with Language Stars CEO to ensure strong support for Center Directors. I lead large initiatives including a complete overhaul of the corporate website, and the launching of Language Stars At School sector. I also worked directly with clients selling and managing programs, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
