Providing help and assistance to customers who are playing in the escape rooms or the Virtual reality rooms. Escape room and VR game masters are required to understand the puzzles in each escape room to be able to provide assistance to customers having trouble with puzzles in escape rooms. We are also tasked with troubleshooting the VR systems in a fast and efficient way to ensure that customers spend more time enjoying their time rather than wasting it.
