My duties include maintaining and supporting all of the over 130 store locations, and 6 office locations, with any forms of issues they may experience. These include but are not limited to software, using our Tellerlink Software, or operating systems issues, Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005, network issues, any problems with routers, switches, servers, workstations, printers, basically any need the stores may have, and do so quickly and professionally. The support is done either over the phones, through the internet (connecting to their PC's over the VPN), or on-site work. Time is spent about 50% in office or out in field.Among some of the issues addressed with the office locations are Active Directory, setting up users, and addressing any issues they may have. Also with Exchange, setting up and maintaining users accounts. Network Administrator roles, assisting with software related questions with emails or Office 2007/2003. Address any other problems that office workers may have.
