Colombia

* Developed and evaluated the company financial plan;* Funding round planning and business plan preparation.

* Responsible for product pricing, design and implementation for our entire health care product mix in the argentine market (€ 60MM and over 200 health plans, with coverage at a national and international level). Designed and implemented operation processes;* Responsible for bidding processes to offer new products to key corporate accounts: analyzed terms, company strategies and prepared bid submission. In March 2007, implemented health care plans for a new account of 8000 members and a turnover of € 2.1 MM;* Analyzed competitors’ overall business strategies, benchmarking against their competing products, with the objective of permanently improving our product mix and strategy. Standardized report to analyze top 4 competitors;* Designed and prepared company’s sales budget for the argentine market (2007: € 70MM and 136.000 members);* Co-ordination and management of the Product Development Unit since 2006.

* Developed and proposed a business plan for the creation of a medical centre for primary attention (€ 1,1MM turnover). Presented economic and financial recommendations;* Developed a programme to control the overall medical cost, using statistical analysis to detect patterns of prescriptive practice to reduced costs without decreasing health care quality (profiling provider’s medical practice);* Analyzed and participated in the implementation of HEDIS indicators to monitor health care delivery standards;* Designed and implemented a Disease Management Programme to coordinate the provision of health care interventions and communications for members with particular pathologic conditions.

* Designed and monitored scorecards, presenting monthly reports to the Chief Medical Officer;* Designed and implemented a Case Management Programme to promote quality cost-effective health care for severe patients (300 members enrolled, managed by a team of four professionals; € 0.1 MM net savings).

* Taught specific classes: Econometrics, Microeconomics, Costs, and Project Modeling on Computer Software;* Researched and analyzed different markets, industries and investment projects. Wrote case studies;* Specialized in renewable energy projects: tutored projects on Biogas, Bioethanol and Biodiesel;* In 2007, tutored final thesis of two students (“CDM Projects in Argentina” and “The Bioethanol Industry”).
