This is done in collaboration with suppliers worldwide, agencies and our own product engineers, sourcing and the Brant department.At LP, I have divided the development of the packaging into two main areas. - Unboxing where the focus is on the customer and sustainability. This part of the design process is with delivery to our Design and Brand department, with a focus on customer experiences, brand conception and ESG.- In boxing where it is about the production and protection of the product. The second part is delivering to the Engineering department with a focus on production, tests and implementation.I am also involved in managing the existing packaging regarding complaints or optimization, typically in an advisory role together with PE Engineer and our packaging suppliers.

A process where I delivered to the target group, sales channels, and branding. All solutions with a particular focus on unboxing sustainability and design. The concept development has been made in collaboration with Art Director within the LEGO agency, the Product Owner, Product Designer, and Designer at IP. And was subsequently handed over to the Packaging Engineers for implementation at LEGO.I have presented concepts and held workshops for Product Designers, Brand and Product Managers, IP, etc., and I have tested concepts against consumers at home and abroad.
