This was my mission and my achievements with the company:› Complex transformation of marketing, sales activities, product strategy› Re-launch of the brand in the CZ market› Marketing + business change management inc. hiring of new team members (sales, finance, web, photography, social media, PR)› Stabilization of sales/financial situation with new product launches, new ideas, new campaigns, new people and new business (both B2C and B2B inc. Škoda Auto, 2N, Edenred, Samsung and others)› Successful market launch of key strategic product line: men’s custom-made leather shoes (basically from a couple of thousands to hundreds of thousands of revenue)› Hundreds of thousands of positive PR AVE in 2023 and H1 2024› Several successful product and/or campaigns inc. "Pravda vítězí", "SVOBODA!" and "Mistři 2024" limited editions, Tlustý Black Edition design line, Tlustý Outlet category, Leather X-mass zero-waste decorations› This all (+ million other small things) resulted in +37% revenue growth in 2023 (year-on-year) in a year of overall e-commerce and retail market decline. Basically my (and my team's) main achievement was to help the company make a comeback after 2 very bad years (2021 & 2022) by changing the course of declining both sales and brand relevancy and stabilizing the situation enough to avoid bankruptcy in 2023. Later on in Spring 2024, I obtained my second Marketer Of The Year 2023 Award describing the success case of this project. I had NOTHING TO DO with the Summer 2024 disastrous PR campaign of the company, as I explained in my LinkedIn posts.
