As an Assurance Partner at EY Czech Republic, I lead the Assurance Innovation and Digital group for the Central, Eastern, Southeastern Europe, and Central Asia (CESA) region, leveraging my 25+ years of expertise in asset management, insurance, and pensions. My knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP enables me to provide top-notch auditing services to large multinational financial groups. I've spearheaded audits for major global insurance consolidations across 13 CEE countries, and extended my skills to internal controls advisory, accounting reviews, and corporate finance assignments. Driving digital innovation in audit processes, I implement tech-led solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy. I hold a Banking degree from Masaryk University, an Executive MBA from Warwick University, UK and am an active ACCA member.
