As a Client Technical Manager, I am a leader within Fiserv, managing 40+ Engineers across 9 product teams to provide exceptional technical support while driving technical excellence and customer success. Outlining the pivotal structure in ensuring seamless integration of our products and solutions, working closely with clients to understand their technical requirements, and providing strategic guidance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of our Products.Responsibilities:• Lead and mentor the team while fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and customer-centricity.• Successfully presented to and engaged with senior executives, including C-suite level, delivering impactful presentations on technical solutions, project updates, and strategic initiatives.• Collaborate with internal teams, such as development, product management, and support, to ensure timely delivery of solutions that exceed client expectations.• Conduct Daily/Weekly/Monthly meetings with leadership to discuss project status, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement, emphasizing the importance of effective communication and teamwork.• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance client experiences.• Troubleshoot technical issues reported by clients, investigating root causes, and implementing effective resolutions, while keeping the client informed throughout the process.• Provide comprehensive training and documentation to clients on system functionalities, upgrades, and new features, empowering them to leverage our products to their fullest potential.• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain a knowledge base of best practices, troubleshooting guides, and technical resources, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting continuous learning.
