Rethink, co-create, design, and implement organisational changes aligning strategic goals to operating models, organisation structures, strategic workforce planning, performance management and overall organisational effectiveness in a variety of sectors.Deliver large complex transformation projects to help companies solve business issues, design and manage organisations for growth delivering productivity improvements. Lead the Organisational Strategy Delivery team by developing individuals and creating the next generation of leaders for the business.Key achievements:Dual listed FMCG Organisational Restructure: Developed the solution and led the execution of the newly formed business strategy for a multi-billion dollar, dual-listed (NZX and ASX) FMCG company based in New Zealand going through a Digital Transformation. The outcome of the project decreased spans of control to healthy organisation levels, created role succession for n-1 and n-2 layers and clarified roles and accountabilities across the organisation.Government-related HR Effectiveness and Strategic Workforce Planning:Led multiple streams of work for a Government-related insurance organisation undergoing a business transformation (from start-up to a cost and productivity mindset). This involved a full review and diagnostic of the Human Resources effectiveness, redesign of HR operating model and organisational structure, definition of success profiles for HR Business Partners, improvement of HR Shared Services and set the strategic workforce model over a 3-year time horizon in the face of skills shortage and outsourcing challenges.

Key achievements:Building a new Airport -- Executive Restructure and Strategic Workforce Planning: Designed the executive organisational structure and developed the strategic workforce planning model over a 3-year time horizon for a new Digital Airport in Australia undergoing a transformational infrastructure project funded by the Australian Government. The workforce calculation took into account economic and society aspects such as a 10 million annual passengers’ expectation and an increasingly growth in population in the region.Developed and implemented strategic initiatives for Korn Ferry Advisory business focusing on four main pillars: continuous development of the delivery team; upskill of business acumen for consultants; leverage Korn Ferry IP and database to deliver high-standard projects; and knowledge management and productivity increase.

Main responsibilities:Lead Korn Ferry Advisory delivery team for South America.Business development for new and existing clients.Deliver of large transformation projects to multinational organisations with headquarter in South America.Key achievements:Defining the Future Workforce for the World's Largest Retailer:Delivered gains of synergies of over 15% of reduction by improving processes, re-designing functions, reviewing ways of working and identifying overlaps and silos by managing the solution design and delivery of the organisational structure, strategic workforce planning and re-organisation of products category for one of the largest retailers in the world for South America – including all channels and formats.Sales Restructure for the World's Leading Integrated Steel and Mining Company:Led the redesign of the Sales structure and workforce planning for the South American operation of the world's leading integrated steel and mining company. The final organisational structure reallocated people into redefined roles to better serve their customers – this project led increased customer service scores and let to enhancing Korn Ferry’s brand with our client’s customer.
