As Global Director Digital Innovation I headed Arcadis' corporate innovation and led its Digital Studios with the aim to unlock existing business and new growth potential cross regions and business areas and/or to start up new ventures through strategic research, incubation of new (disruptive) value propositions and the development of AI powered SAAS product/service combinations.Furthermore, I drove Arcadis' digital transformation by embedding innovation portfolio management, product & business model innovation and product management in the global Arcadis organization, supporting the setup of new ventures and competence development of Arcadis employees (i.e. lean start-up, scaled agile, UX research, service and business model design data science and analytics).
